Table of contents
This is a pure price-action read: no view on the underlying business, only what the chart and momentum indicators are showing right now.
Trend strength — ADX / DI
| Indicator | Reading | Interpretation |
|---|---|---|
| ADX (14) | 24.6 | Above the 20 floor — trend has real strength, not noise |
| +DI vs -DI | +DI > -DI | Directional bias is up |
| ADX slope (10-day) | Rising | Trend is strengthening, not fading |
Momentum — RSI / MFI
| Indicator | Reading | Read |
|---|---|---|
| RSI (14, daily) | 61.4 | Firm but not yet overbought (>70) |
| MFI (14, daily) | 58.9 | Volume-backed momentum is constructive, not stretched |
Momentum that’s already overbought going into a setup is a reason to wait, not a reason to chase — extended RSI/MFI readings are exactly the FOMO-trap conditions worth filtering out.
Extension from the 20-day moving average
| Check | Reading | Read |
|---|---|---|
| Price vs 20MA | +3.8% | Modest extension — not a late, spiked-out entry |
| Recent candle structure | No single-day spike >5% | Move looks orderly, not parabolic |
Key levels to track
- Immediate support: prior swing low / rising 20-day moving average — a daily close below this line weakens the setup.
- Immediate resistance: most recent swing high — a decisive close above on rising volume would confirm continuation.
- Invalidation: ADX rolling back under 20, or price closing back below the 20MA, both undo the bullish read above.
Multi-timeframe cross-check
A daily-chart setup should agree — or at least not directly conflict — with the weekly trend. Always check the weekly ADX/DI and the monthly structure before treating a daily-only signal as sufficient; a strong daily read against a weak or falling weekly trend is a lower-conviction setup best suited to a pullback watchlist rather than a current-price entry.
Bottom line
Trend strength (ADX), momentum (RSI/MFI) and extension from the 20MA are all in constructive-but-not-extended territory. That combination fits a “watch for pullback towards the 20MA” profile better than a chase-the-breakout profile — this is chart-reading, not a trade recommendation.
