Editorial Policy

Our editorial standards

We hold every piece of content on StockRanker to the following standards, in line with the principles of Experience, Expertise, Authoritativeness and Trust (E-E-A-T):

Experience & Expertise

Our analysis follows documented, repeatable frameworks (for example: trend-strength and momentum filters for technical analysis; balance-sheet and margin checks for fundamental analysis) rather than ad-hoc opinion. Frameworks are disclosed openly within each article.

Authoritativeness

We cite and cross-reference primary sources — company filings, exchange data, AMC factsheets, RBI/SEBI publications — wherever a specific figure is used. We link to official sources for readers who want to verify data themselves.

Trust

  • We disclose clearly on every article that we are not SEBI-registered and that content is educational only.
  • We do not accept payment in exchange for a positive stock, fund, or product review.
  • Author attribution appears on every article.
  • Corrections: if we identify an error, we update the article and note the update date.

Fact-checking & updates

Financial data changes frequently. Where an article references specific figures (ratios, prices, rates), we aim to note the “as of” date and encourage readers to verify current figures against official sources before relying on them.

Advertising disclosure

This site may display third-party advertising (via Google AdSense). Ad placements are clearly distinguished from editorial content and do not influence our analysis or conclusions.
